About Annina
I have a real passion for literature and enjoy helping students discover its many layers while helping them reach their academic goals. I graduated with a first-class honours degree in English Literature, earned an A in A-Level English Literature, and received A*s in GCSE English Literature and Language. I also studied advanced creative writing across various genres and formats, producing and editing work to the publication level. This helps me guide students in building their writing and linguistic skills while sparking their creativity in expressing ideas. My experience in editing and writing really enhances my teaching skills, which include my TEFL and TESOL certifications. Through editing, I've learned how to look closely at texts, spot important themes, and make writing clearer—skills that help students improve their writing and understanding.
In my teaching, I focus on what each student needs, adjusting lessons to fit their unique learning styles. I strive to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere where students feel at ease sharing their thoughts and diving into literature.
