About Raveena

My name is Raveena and i am a first year Dental Medicine and Surgery (DDS) student.
Teaching GCSE Maths, English, and Science is a passion of mine because I believe in the power of education to transform lives. These subjects are not only fundamental to a student's academic success but also provide essential skills for their future endeavors. By teaching these subjects, I aim to instill in students a love for learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. I want to empower students to overcome challenges, build their confidence, and achieve their full potential. Being able to witness the growth and progress of my students as they grasp complex concepts and develop a deep understanding of these subjects is incredibly rewarding. One of the techniques I will use is screen mirroring, which allows you to see what I am doing in real-time on your own screen. This way, you can follow along with the lessons, observe the problem-solving process, and ask any questions that may arise.

Screen mirroring is a powerful tool that enables interactive learning. It allows us to work collaboratively, as you can actively participate in the lesson by sharing your screen as well. This way, I can provide guidance and support as you work through problems or assignments.

Additionally, I will create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions. I believe that asking questions is an essential part of the learning process, and I will always be available to address any doubts or concerns you may have. Whether it's clarifying a concept, solving a difficult problem, or discussing a specific topic, I am here to help you every step of the way.

In addition to our tutoring sessions, I will provide you with homework assignments and resources that will help you recap and reinforce what you have learned. These assignments will be tailored to your specific needs and will cover the key concepts and skills we have covered in our sessions.

Homework assignments are an important part of the learning process as they allow you to practice and apply what you have learned independently. They also serve as a way for me to understand what aspects we need to cover together in more detail in a future session.
