About Areeshya
I am currently in my final year of university, studying politics at King's College London. I have always enjoyed studying humanities subjects which is why I have opted to tutor geography, history and politics lessons. I studied the first two at A levels and received As for both. I also received an A* for GCSE geography.

My teaching method involves using various techniques depending on what the topic is, to try to engage with the student. That means using diagrams, flash cards, mind maps, videos and more to try to explain the topic the best that I can for the student; whatever that will be tailored best for each student because I understand not every person learns the same.
My experience teaching refugee children who had not studied humanities subjects before taught me how to organise lessons in a clear, step by step manner as well as how to break down concepts when they may not be very clear.
