Hello I am Aditi. l love to workout but not at the gym. I like that simply a mat and my body can help me be more fit and healthy. I believe in creating a healthy mind body and soul. and I just want to share this joy with people and make it easier to be healthy at home than be conscious of the gym because it can be very intimidating for most of the people.
