My teaching methods will be base on demonstration and guidance of the exercises right ftom the gym .Teaching techniques includes command about posture, duration, movement control, safety control, Repetition numbers,and provide individualized feedback for each participant.My classes are base on my practical knowledge of 4 years of fitness,tips of pro and great transformation of myself from fat to fit,transforming my clients since for the last 3 years. I approach as a tutor as i want to share my knowledge and experience for those who who want to transform for the better tomorrow.
