About Nina
My name is Nina, I'm 16 years old and I live in London. I am a native French speaker, and perfectly bilingual.
I currently study 11 GCSEs, having already achieved a 9 (A*) in French. I'm a dedicated student, and aim for straight As (8s and 9s) in my final exam.
I plan to study History, Latin, English and Maths at A-Level.
I take part in a range of extracurricular activities- music is one of my passions and I have played piano, violin and viola for years. I am also in multiple orchestras and choirs. I play the bass guitar in a band, and we gig at exciting venues, for instance the renowned Jazz Cafe in Camden.
I enjoy ballet, cycling and swimming, and love the outdoors, walking often in my local parks.
I am engaged in my school life, as I am a prefect so organise fun events for and represent the student body. I also run my own club, Feminist society.

I am confident and responsible. I teach students aged 5-16.
As a native French speaker, I can offer invaluable help with accent improvement and using phrases and expressions to sound natural. I like to engage in conversation, and encourage fluency with my students. I would go beyond any exam technique- my aim is to develop an ease with the French language.
I have a deep interest in French Literature and would be happy to delve into some of the most famous works as an introduction to it, to make learning more fun and exciting.
I am familiar with the GCSE specifications for AQA, having achieved a 9 (A*) with only one mark off of 100%.
