About Frances
I have taught in IB programs for 28 years. My experiences include teaching all levels of general, introductory, AP and IB Chemistry. I hold a BS in Chemistry and a PhD in Physical Chemistry. In addition to my high school teaching experiences, I have taught as an adjunct in public and private colleges. I will listen to your concerns/challenges in regards to learning chemistry, and I will help you attain the skills you need to be successful.
