About Antonella
I come from a professional ballet background . I started at 10 and studied at the Italian national academy . After finishing my ballet carrier I started teaching children ballet . Simultaneously I started studying Pilates and yoga . I often prepare people after starting again from a phisical break or introduce new people to the discipline of yoga and Pilates mat work . You can have a ballet body with strong flexibility even if you didn’t start as a child . Knowledge is the key .
