About Phillip

I have worked as a research chemist for 6 years with a focus on analytical chemistry.

I also have a BS in History, a subject I enjoy pursuing on my own time. My areas of focus are American History and European History.

About the lesson

I use a variety of methods within my teaching.

While lecture and presentations are helpful, providing real-life hands-on experience is key for many students who are struggling.

On an individual basis, I ensure that the most effective method is used with each student. In larger groups, I ensure that there is something for each type of learner.

Chemistry lessons range from middle school to General Chemistry I/II (college-level)

Mathematics lessons range from middle school to high school.

History lessons range from middle school to high school.
