About Ash

I am a former National competitive swimmer and triathlete with a passion for water and swimming.
Teacher Qualified in 2009 - former Head coach of a top-level swimming and Triathlon club in Sevenoaks before recently moving to Clapham. I have extensive experience in teaching both kids at Swim Schools and adults with a proven track record.

About the lesson

I help both beginners and experienced swimmers of all ages improve their technique and become more comfortable in the water with an emphasis on swimming efficiency and speed.

Please note the minimum age is 5 for children lessons

What I offer:
-specialised coaching plan that you can use after the lessons
-fully customised lessons according to your personal needs
-video analysis so you can see your technique and track your progress
- a lot of experience teaching children. Helping your child become a better swimmer but making sure it’s fun in the process.

I am willing to travel to your desired location or use a public pool which allows external teachers

Perfect! I've been exploring breathing techniques and practicing backstroke while swimming with Ash, and it's been an incredible experience! His expertise as a professional swimmer adds so much clarity to each session. He effectively communicates the correct techniques for arm movements, allowing us to dive right into the practice. I've completed three sessions so far, and everything is going exceptionally well! I can't wait to continue mastering these techniques and improve my swimming skills even further!
