I am a former NYC teacher with over 10 years of experience in education. I also have my undergraduate degree in Chemistry. My passion is helping students build their confidence as they learn through mindfulness and stress management because this positively impacts learning outcomes.

I enjoy helping students learn both the science content and also learn about themselves through reflection, building confidence and managing stress. Each lesson is tailored to the student's needs. We will identify an objective and then learn and practice/apply the concept. I also will teach test taking skills and use state test problems as models.
