About Jessica
I am in my final year of studying to obtain my degree in Foundation Phase Education. It is a correspondence degree, allowing me four years of practical, classroom experience. I have done a 160 hour TEFL course, to enable me to teach English online, to foreign children. I work in a grade one classroom as an assistant teacher in the mornings and run my own tutor centre from home, where I now hope to offer online lesson from, as well. I have written and published my own children's books as well and have a great passion and love for the English language.

My teaching method revolves around the learner. Each individual learns better with a different strategy, so my aim is to mould my teaching to better suit the student in question. In group situations, there would need to be a variety, to enable each child the opportunity to achieve to his or her full potential. I base my classroom around respect in a warm and friendly environment, where the learner feels relaxed and welcome, able to reach their full potential and enjoy learning, inspiring a life-long learner.
