Sebastian has a lot of patience, motivation and sincerity as a teacher, but what really makes him shine is his ability to adapt to best support his students. He always made sure the students understood what they were doing and, most importantly, why they were doing it. Whatever the lesson objective was, Sebastian could find a way to tailor it so that the students could be confident in their understanding of the subject. He has taught a variety of ages and has been comfortable approaching all levels of abilities within his schools; preparing and facilitating creative and engaging lessons for all of his students.
