My teaching method revolves around the student and their needs. I will start with a chat to establish what the student wants to get out of the sessions and am happy to follow their lead, or to provide a structure based on achieving their goals. With language, I try to immerse the student in as much French speaking as possible so that they get used to the idea that they will make mistakes and that is part of the process. I prefer a relaxed environment and to develop trust with the student so that they know that no question is a bad question, and development does not happen in a straight line!
