About Pauline
I have a classical training in Humanities, with three years in preparatory literary classes (AL), followed by a research master in philosophy of art. I gave a lot of private lessons, and it is always a joy for me to see the student progress and gain confidence and method. I also taught French-speaking literature in a private university in the United States as Teaching Assistant, and in London at Cours Thelema where I gave courses in French and philosophy. I now work in the artistic field; I produce videos and write poetry.

My teaching method puts the student at the heart of the learning process, so that he/she is the main actor of his/her own development. The starting point is always the primary intuition of the student, that can then be restructured in a more canonical form (dissertation or commentary), to refine the thinking and the learning through questions rather than lecturing. The goal is to fully engage the student in his/her own learning adventure. It is just as important to gain confidence as it is to learn the concepts.
