About Pauline
During university, where I graduated from a Master’s degree in English studies, I started tutoring groups of students to help them improve in grammar, linguistics, history and literature. This successful experience motivated me become a teacher. After teaching for a year at Trinity College Dublin as a language assistant (French department), I am now a qualified English language teacher.

As a French langage teacher I consider myself as an intermediary between the student and the language. Therefore students should feel a 100% engaged with what they are learning. I try to design lessons plan which are personalised for each student (games, conversation, dissertation/methodology). All skills should be developed in order for the language to be mastered (reading, listening, writing and speaking) but all of these should also be done using activities that are enjoyable for the learner.
