About Olivia

Hey! My name is Olivia, and I’m a sophomore who just moved to New England and went to an IB World high school in the US for 4 years. I’m a published author, founder of two non-profits, organized a whole-school charity to collect hygiene products for unhoused people 2 years ago, and play field hockey and tennis at school. I’m also a straight A student, am very proficient in French, and can speak Russian with pretty basic proficiency. :) I’m fascinated by foreign languages and foreign cultures, and am always looking for a new opportunity to volunteer as a high school student, so I’m super excited to engage with peers from all over the world through this platform!!

About the lesson

I aim to utilize my profound interests in biology, foreign languages, etc. to tutor said peers effectively. I’ve found combining engaging visuals, actively writing and synthesizing information and active recall are very effective in helping both myself and my friends prepare for academic challenges, so I hope to use a similar teaching style to help you achieve your academic goals!!
