I have a TEFL certificate.
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher as well as certified Primal Health and nutrition coach.
I currently work for the Government of Canada and live in Edmonton, Alberta.

I am structured and organized but I always keep an open mind and can adapt my work plan and approach as needed. I like to get to know my student and tailor a teaching road map around subjects that are of interest to them and their objectives, in order to keep things exciting.
