About Yussra
Hello! I am a friendly and enthusiastic student who has just completed my A levels and will be starting a Chemistry degree at UCL. I have experience tutoring Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level, and I enjoy helping students understand topics clearly and feel more confident in science. I achieved grade 9s in all my GCSEs including Biology and Chemistry, and I am now predicted A*s in A levels (Biology, Chemistry and Maths).
I am patient, supportive and happy to adapt my teaching style to suit each student. Whether you need help with understanding topics, homework or exam preparation, I will always do my best to make lessons clear, encouraging and useful.
As someone who aims high, I understand the importance of having a teacher who will have a lasting positive impact on your educational journey, which is why I am committed to doing the same for you! I look forward to working with you!

My goal is to deliver fun and engaging lessons that will make you as passionate about biology as I am! I aim to provide a tailored learning experience for you, ensuring that you get the most out of the session as possible. This will include building on previous knowledge and making links between different topics. To consolidate your learning, lessons will include a starter activity, coupled with a homework task set in between sessions.
As I get to know you, I will be able to adjust materials based on your individual needs to best suit your learning style. My gentle and patient approach to teaching and simple method of explaining new concepts will make learning an enjoyable experience.
Over the course of your journey with me, you will develop the confidence to tackle any exam question thrown your way! ️
