About Christiana
Hi, I’m a friendly student tutor with a strong interest in education and helping others learn. I am currently studying English language and literature and other A-level subjects, which means I understand the current exam system and what students are expected to know.
I enjoy explaining things clearly and breaking topics down in a way that makes learning less stressful and more manageable. I am supportive, encouraging and always aim to help students feel more confident in their abilities.
As a student myself, I understand the pressures of school and exams, so I create a calm and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

In my lessons, I help students improve essay structure, analysis of texts, understanding exam questions and using quotations effectively. My lessons are supportive and interactive with time for practice and discussion about the subject. I also give helpful tips for revision to help students feel less stressed and more prepared. My aim is to help students improve their skills, but also to build my confidence in teaching.

My hourly rate is £10 per hour but first lessons will be free to ensure my teaching style is a good fit. I offer online lessons at the same rate via zoom or google, and lesson length can be adjusted if needed.
