About Mel
My name is Mel and I am a Bristol based English tutor.
I have completed my PGCE in Secondary English teaching and am a fully qualified English teacher. I have taught both English Literature and Language in secondary schools, so have recent experience of teaching at both KS3 and GCSE level. I have a degree in English Language and Linguistics and am able to assist with both English Language and Literature tutoring for all secondary ages, including help with GCSE studies.
I am available evenings and weekends for individual lessons and can travel to you if you can provide a suitable space in your home for lessons. Unfortunately I cannot provide space in my own home, but can also arrange to meet in a local library for any tutoring sessions.
