About Alex

Hi, my name's Alex Blaquiere, better known in the skate world as melonboy. I have been skateboarding for over 17 years with professional teams and riders, so have picked up a lot of tips, tricks, and advice that can help any skateboarder take their skills to the next level. Being on street style obstacles or ramp, I’ve got you covered.

About the lesson

When starting out a new hobby as complex as skateboarding, it is important to find a tutor that can help teach you the fundamentals and build your confidence on and off the board, making progression happen much more quickly and avoiding wasting time or recurring issues and not knowing which way to turn next. This guide will give you all the tools you need to feel confident whilst skateboarding.

I highly recommend Alex! He’s an experienced and incredibly patient coach. During our lessons, he really took the time to guide me and shared lots of useful tips. While learning different skateboarding tricks, I not only improved my skills but also gained a lot of confidence, all thanks to Alex. Skateboarding isn’t just about technique, it’s also a great way to build self-confidence. I’m really glad I learned that from Alex, which is why I totally recommend him!
