About Zineb
I am passionate about yoga and mindfulness. I was first introduced to yoga during my student years at uni to cope with stress. And since then I did not look back. I went on to become a certified Yoga teacher and then specialised in prenatal yoga and mum and baby yoga. I also teach breathing work and mindfulness.

Get in touch if you are a new mum who wants to bring gentle movement during your pregnancy or if you want to learn about mindfulness exercises for you and your baby. I am a certified yoga teacher with years of experience as well as being a mum myself. I give one-to-one classes over zoom or face-to-face.
