About Jesse

I have a degree in computer science from the University of Alberta and have been working as a full stack web developer for a year and a half since finishing school. I've been programming for over 7 years and tutoring on and off throughout those years. I've received a lot of positive feedback from the students and friends I've helped over time. I believe everyone is intelligent in their own ways and can build intelligence in areas they struggle in through determination and a fresh perspective or teaching method.

About the lesson

I believe that tutoring should be about working on the missing skills and strengthening the foundational knowledge rather than just completing your work for you. I will not only help you complete assignments, but also ensure you understand the material so you can feel more confident during evaluations and future assignments.

Negotiable if finances are an issue! I also trust that you will feel more comfortable performing independent work after each tutoring session, reducing the amount of time spent working together.
