I am a dedicated teacher with a deep passion for the performing arts and the knowledge of its importance in shaping a young person for the future.
I am enthusiastic, motivated and will champion your endeavours so you can be the best you can be.
Not only will you learn from me but I will learn from you, I strive for the best for my students and for my future development as a teacher.
I really enjoy working imaginatively, creatively, and innovatively to create a special experience for students who choose me.
I believe in helping students progress through a practical approach that supports and promotes literacy, emotional development and social skills which can prepare a student to be a valued member of the local community.
I am approachable and pride myself in having developed and maintained good relationships with students which has allowed them to grow in confidence and meet if not exceed their goals.

I have been in theatre as a competitive dancer from a young age and developed a love for all things dramatic. I have been teaching in a traditional school setting for 6 years and I wish to further expand my knowledge and ideas to you.
I will tailor all lessons to your requirements whether you need me to rehearse with you, find monologues for auditions, help you understand practitioners or help you understand Shakespearean language.
I have knowledge of GCSE and BTEC exam specifications and I am familiar with A Level and BTEC Level 3. I have also taken the LAMDA exams myself and have prepped students for those.
I can offer short lessons to help revise a problem area or longer lessons for directing and script rehearsal- I am flexible to your individual needs.
My lessons would be great for students who want to expand their knowledge and hone their craft for the Performing Arts. I can help 11-14yrs to develop key skills and confidence with general additional drama lessons. Ages 14+ students would have lessons tailored to suit their needs of exams, auditions or rehearsals.
