This quote embodies the core of my teaching philosophy. I do not simply want to teach my students I want to ignite within them passion and enthusiasm, for both learning and knowledge.
I love the day to day challenges and the unexpected nature of the teaching profession and believe an open-minded, flexible, and confident approach is fundamental to overcoming these experiences. I pride myself in the strong relationships that I build, with the pupils in my class, which are rooted in mutual respect. This has been recognised throughout my years of teaching. My lessons are fun; I enjoy hearing laughter in my lessons, as I feel children learn best when they are motivated and have their interests engaged.
