About Humaira
I am a Fully Qualified Secondary Mathematics Teacher with experience teaching within a school setting (Y7-Y11). I have tutored Mathematics since 2016 and have carried out tuition assignments on behalf of local councils. I also have one to one tutoring experience with SEN and vulnerable students within their homes. I have been responsible for my own tutor group (Y9) and enjoyed building positive relationships with my students. Upon completion of my Teaching qualification, I was graded ‘outstanding’ by my Teacher Training provider.

I plan each lesson thoroughly and ensure my students get into a good routine by beginning each lesson with a starter, core teaching and finish with a meaningful plenary. I like to use Kahoot and other interactive resources to make learning fun for my students.
