About Mima
I am a recent graduate of English Literature and Theatre Studies at the University of Leeds, currently studying a Screenwriting MA at The Met Film School. I have been tutoring my younger sister for many years, she is now studying at the University of York. I have much experience with essay proofing, holding seminars and leading workshops at a university level.

I used to really struggle with exams at school; I'd put in the effort but never see results. That's why I work with my students to create a personalised learning experience that is tailored to their strengths and works on their weaknesses. In English literature and language, a student's mode of expression is equally important to their knowledge. Therefore, I like to take a broad approach to teaching that ticks all the boxes on the curriculum.
