About Alper
I graduated from APİCİUS, the first international hotel management and culinary arts school in Italy with a degree. I am currently doing my master's degree on gastronomy and culinary arts. Since 2010 I am working in Turkey's leading fine dining restaurant.

Elinin lezzetini sohbetinin keyfi ile birleştiren Alper hocam. Keşke oteller gibi hocalarında yıldızları olsaydı
çok şeker sabırlı ve bilgili bir kişi. sabırla ve detaylı bir şekilde anlatıyor hem de çok eğlenceli bazen gülmekten dersler uzuyor:) tavsiye ederim
İşini severek yapan ve aynı zamanda öğrencilerine de bunu aşılayan biri Alper Hoca. Kesinlikle ondan eğitim almanızı ve aydınlattığı yolda ilerlemenizi tavsiye ederim.
