About Jasmin
I am Jasmin, a chemistry student currently at university. My chemistry exams were OCR A based so I am very familiar with the mark schemes. I chose to tutor because I think I can help students see chemistry in a simple creative way that will engage the brain and help remember concepts easily. Chemistry is much more interesting when you don't over-simplify it. That is where you will get the top marks.

I am a chemistry student at the University of Kent and I tutor GCSE students, specifically in chemistry. I completed my A-level in chemistry and combined science at school. My lessons are 1 hour long. For GCSE chemistry students who struggle to fully understand chemistry and miss out on tricks to gain full marks in papers. Chemistry does not have to be complicated, with structured steps and visualisations when approaching the same questions taught by me, you will begin to notice a pattern and become very confident in exams. It's about seeing chemistry as a fun quiz rather than an exam, even if it's not your favourite subject and I will help you ace it. I have experience supporting GCSE chemistry students through informal tutoring during sixth form, including regular lunchtime revision support.
