About Sophie
I am an 18 year old student with a great passion for Geography. I plan to specialise in the human side of the subject as I continue throughout my degree at Durham University, as I have a particular interest in economic geography, geopolitics and development. Having been taught by many inspirational teachers throughout my school career, I believe that this is essential to gain a love for the subject and achieve high grades in both public and internal exams. I have had babysitting jobs, as well as various corporate and hospitality roles, meaning that I am very comfortable with communicating in a friendly and relaxed way.

I offer 1 hour online sessions focusing on discussion and the solidification of understanding through software such as online whiteboards. I also provide previous physical and human Geography notes and I encourage essay planning and exam technique exercises. I achieved 4 A*'s at A-Level and 11 A*'s at GCSE and I now teach students at GCSE level or below.
