About Fotiana
I am studying German and Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh. I speak English, Greek, German, French, some Arabic and some Spanish, and I therefore acknowledge the challenges, but also the tricks in learning a new language. I have taught English to students before, so I am comfortable and experienced with tutoring a foreign language.

I adapt my teaching methods according to each tutee’s personal needs and abilities. Each person learns differently, and so my methods vary. Normally I like to combine different approaches, for example I might show videos or podcasts to improve listening comprehension, as well as focus on grammar and practice some speaking and writing.
