About Jurgen
I am Jürgen, 35 years old, coming from the very south of Germany. Since 7 years I have been living abroad and 5 years ago I became a German Teacher in Kuwait. It was great fun to be with people who want to learn my mother tongue. 3 years back I moved to Portugal where I am still living in the middle of the nature on an off-grid farm. I really enjoy teaching motivated students (no younger than 13years old).

For 5 years+ I was working as a full time German Teacher in a language school called Inlingua based in Kuwait. I was teaching all levels from A1 up to C2 where after an exam the students received a certificate of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). I taught in classes as well as online classes with a learning book and the charm from the area where I grew up.
During the years I gained not only a lot of knowledge about things (i.e. grammar and speaking wise) which are of importance to learn. I also saw how beneficial it is for you to engage with the language in different forms and shapes to not get bored. Apart from teaching with the book I love to implement alternative methods which lighten up the atmosphere. Always concerned about your preferences I ask for your feedback and suggestions to create the best mutual learning festival for both of us
