About Michéle
I've taught German to Chilean students to pass official B2 level exams (for a year and a half). In this case I worked with a small group of 4-5 students.
I've taught also German to German students to pass exams at school (for two years). The classes were always individuals and primarily about grammar and spelling.

My methodology of teaching German is dependent on the wishes, age, knowledge of German students (and the size of the group). I use several individual and team games, different interactive things, singing songs, reading children's books etc. When I'm working with adults, I ask them how they want learn German and in what they want improve their German skills (grammar, pronunciation, conversation etc.). In classes with adults I use several methodologies as well (e.g. small presentations, practice conversations in groups of 2 or more people, music videos with subtitles in German etc.). I always try to teach not only the formal but also informal language, which is important for a real conversation.
