About Anastasia
Hello! My name is Anastasia and I am a recent Queen Mary University of London graduate. I have studied English Literature for the past three years, as well as back at school. I have myself done iGCSE and IB and have previously taught teenagers to prepare them for these exams. I have also tutored primary school children whose first language wasn't German. I have helped them with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and accents, conversational and written language. I have myself studied English and German ever since I was a baby. I have lived in Germany for over 10 years and have acquired a TestDaF C1 and a Goethe Institute C1 certificates. I have also studied at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and Freie Universität zu Berlin for 4 years.

I have 2 years of informal teaching experience among elementary school students, as well as preparing them for German B iGCSE and IB exams. I have been living in Berlin, Germany for over 10 years now and am a fluent speaker with a TestDaF C1 certificate. In both languages we can: - Improve pronunciation and perfect your accent - Learn new vocabulary - Get rid of your language barrier - Find interesting books/articles/movies for you to explore in a new language - Have fun learning something new I teach German to students of all levels and ages. The typical length of a lesson is from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your personal preferences. We will use a variety of materials including book, audios, videos, movies, exercise books, vocabulary lists, etc.
