About Musa
20+ years of experience in the Kung Fu art forms and developed the skills to suit modern-day real-life situations e.g. knife/bottle attacks, 1 on 1 and multiple attacker situations, animal fighting and weapon training.
Obsessed with self-development. Certified Mindset/ Results coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Was teaching self-defence internationally for 5 years and continuing sessions with international students via zoom.

Combining the strengths of Tai Chi (Grand Ultimate Fist), Ba Gua (8 Direction Boxing), and Hsing-I (5 Element Boxing) to create an explosive art form that will teach you the skill and awareness to have confidence in a real-life situation.
High intense sessions include warmup which consists of full body muscle strength work and stretching, hand kick combos, self-defence techniques, kick shield and focus mitt rounds, ending lesson with a stretch down.
Duration 1hour 15min for Ages 14+.
Duration 1 hour for Ages 8-13.
