My teaching methods include:
1. Strengthening of Muscles and Joints to reduce the risk of sudden injury with age.
2. The lesson Plan focuses on Yogasanas or Practices that helps in creating the space and finding the balance within.
3. The teaching methodology is designed in a pattern that caters to holistic well-being rather than just focusing on physical realm.
4. Practices also include relaxation techniques that helps in getting relief from stress and with time also helps in improving concentration.
5. During the class you will also learn ancient rhythmic deep breathing techniques, theories that support the notion that by slowing down and controlling the breath, we can improve our longevity.
