About Stefania
I work as a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher in Berlin, where I have been living since 2013. I work with various artists from the Berlin scene and in addition to my own projects as a stage artist in the direction of instant composition, I work a lot as a dance teacher for adults and children

We start the day by giving vitality and dynamism through body awareness work and energy release. We use the basic tools of contemporary dance to coordinate the body in its natural expression, to stretch and activate it and finally to let the mind and thoughts slip away. Coordination exercises, stretching, flow work, improvisation and small phrases will be the tools of the trade. The goal is to achieve a dynamic state that moves the body and mind in a flowing dance, and to carry that fluidity with you for the rest of the week
