About Thomás
I am a passionate and academically driven student who recently achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE English Language. Throughout my GCSE, I developed a particular interest in understanding how examiners award marks and refining my own extended writing, analysis and exam technique. I have created detailed resources breaking down effective techniques for Section A, helping students understand how to approach questions strategically and maximise their marks. I want to tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping others improve and seeing their confidence grow. My approach is patient, encouraging and focused on making students feel capable, while giving them the knowledge, structure and techniques they need to achieve their individual goals.

My GCSE English Language lessons are fully personalised to each student, with programmes tailored around your individual strengths, areas for improvement and specific grade target. I focus on exam technique, question structure, analysis and effective writing through targeted exam practice, clear explanations and personalised feedback. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are designed for GCSE students aged 14–16, whether you are aiming to secure a strong pass or push towards the highest grades. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE English Language myself, I understand the demands of the exams and aim to make every lesson supportive, engaging and focused on helping you maximise your marks.
