About Louis
Hi, I'm a drummer first and foremost, and want to be a professional. I play bass and guitar too... though not to teach. With the brass band, I've discovered I really like teaching drums and that I have a lot to offer. To me, that seems like a win-win, while I pursue my goals.

I've had lessons since I was 7 years old. Alongside this, I've played loads of rock with my Dad's band and various school bands. I play and teach for Swinton Brass Band, which I've performed at countless concerts with. Though I'm young, I feel I have the experience and knowledge to tailor the lessons to best suit the student's goals. I've completed grade 7 Rock School Drums and am currently doing my grade 8. I'd be comfortable taking someone to grade 5 if that's the route they want to go.

Louis has been helping with the training of our young percussionist in our training band. Louis plays in our senior band and is an excellent kit player and he is popular and well thought of by the rest of the band.
