About Ataiya
As a graduate of Arabic and Islamic Studies from SOAS, University of London, I have taught Arabic and Quran reading for more than 20 years. I have students ranging from 4 to 60 years of age and enjoy engaging them with various resources and teaching methods according to age and learning requirements. I'm passionate about the unique beauty and depth of Arabic and love to give others access to this incredible language.

As well as teaching Arabic and Quran reading, I have editing and translation experience in Arabic to English. Lessons are methodical and well structured using modern and living examples in order to allow students to become fully versed in Modern Standard Arabic. Lessons are usually 1 hour long and aimed at all ages.
