I am a graduate of Bachelor in Education with Senior Primary teaching diploma. I acquired a 120 hours certificate in teaching English as foreign language. Extrinsic to create intrinsic motivation is the most important tool so I always rewarding for the great work in my classes. I also believe in remedial work.
