I normally rely a lot on interaction between my students. Through interaction, students can learn better English as I can correct them if ever they are making mistakes.
Besides, I believe in giving constructive feedback after each work since using the feedback, students can work upon that.
I do not believe in the teacher as being the rule-marker since in my opinion, the students as well form part of the learning process and it is through them (their prior knowledge, their culture, their background and all) that I can make learning and teaching effective.
