About Sophie
My name is Sophie (Soph) and I am a Nutritionist. I have previously worked as a Nutrition Data Specialist for Weight Watchers, and a Personal Trainer/ Sports Nutritionist for F45. I love staying active and exploring with new food and recipes. I am keen to tutor any age in food technology or nutrition/healthy eating and encourage an active lifestyle.

I approach lessons in various ways dependent on the level, age and what the goal of the lesson is. Generally, my sessions are 1 hour and focus on learning objectives the client would like to cover. Personally, I try to incorporate a learning style that suits the client best. For example, I am a hands on/ visual learner!
