About Lauryn
I am Lauryn, I am 28 and I graduated from my Master's degree in Cultural and Critical Theory in 2022. I have a passion for learning and reading, which is something I hope to inspire in others while tutoring. My main area is Philosophy, with a focus on Critical Theory. I wrote my MA thesis on Existentialism and Literature. I currently work full time, but I want to keep my interest in Philosophy alive by tutoring students in the evenings. Outside of this, my hobbies include reading, crafting and music. I am a guitarist and aspiring banjo player, and I enjoy going to festivals and seeing live music when I can.

I can help with essay writing and exam preparation, and I am passionate about the subjects I tutor in. Perfect! Lauryn tutors my son who is doing A-level philosophy. She is very friendly and approachable, she is always well prepared and send him notes outside of the lesson time to help him. I am so glad we found her as she knows the subject well and is excellent with young people too.
