I am patient but if my students are not responsible, I can be quite strict. This depends on the nature of the student and from my past experiences working with students of various levels and ages and personalities, I am able to adapt my style to what works for the particular student. At the end of the day all my students liked me and wanted to stay on with me for several years of their educational journey.
