About Yong

I am a doctoral candidate graduating from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2024. My major is optical engineering. I have just arrived in Sydney and am still in the process of applying for a visa. I want to make new friends through the opportunity of Chinese teaching. Because Chinese is my mother tongue, I have often tutored students in my previous experience. I am very good at communicating with students, so I am very confident in my teaching experience and teaching content.

About the lesson

My teaching of Chinese (mainly focusing on speaking and listening of Mandarin) includes the following contents:
1. Pronunciation of basic Chinese phonetic symbols
2. Reading and writing Chinese pinyin
3. Summary of commonly used Chinese words
4. Training in simple Chinese conversations
5. listening and understanding of Chinese conversation
