About Charlie
My name is Charlie and I am passionate about English Literature and an avid reader. Currently I am thoroughly enjoying reading lots of plays as I embark on an MA at Royal Central in performance. I have an A* in English at A Level and a 1st Class Degree from Exeter. My dissertation was focused on the printing press in Victorian London, and how cheap periodicals were dispersed to the poorer sections of community to subvert classist and oppressive biological views of criminality. My areas of focus at University also included Medieval Literature, Romanticisim, Victorian Literature, Shakespearean Literature, Afro-American Literature from 1925 to the present, and many more areas. I have also completed a Law Conversion at BPP University with a Distinction.

I am more than happy to go over essays written and give feedback: practice writing essays, looking at different essay styles, or coming up with quick ways to plan an essay under timed conditions. I can also go through set texts or any books that need to be analysed and studied. I can also go through different canons of literature, making sure all bases are covered.I can also provide language and writing style tips.
