About Lara
Hello, I am Lara.
I am a Teacher of History and I love working with students. I have been getting into teaching as I always admired my own History and English teacher for being so passionate about teaching. As these were also my favourite subjects it was clear to me that I had to get into teaching. For me, everyone matter, no matter how long it takes a student to understand. I want to achieve that everyone can reach their personal best and maybe one day some of my students will see me as a role model in the way I viewed my teacher back then.

I’m going to adjust your tutor lessons exactly to what you need in that moment - homework support, exam preparation, revision - whatever you still struggle with, I’m going to make it more understandable for you. I have got a Postgraduate Certificate in Education in History and a Bachelor of Arts in English-Speaking Cultures/ English History. Furthermore, I have experience in teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 in History, English and RE. We are going to adjust the tutoring session to your needs. If you just need 45 minutes for some homework support or if you need a 90 minutes exam preparation session - I’ll make it possible.
