About Giovanna
I have been in the fitness & wellness world for years! I started my journey as a Spin & Group fitness instructor. I then went on to pursue a career in Personal Training and Fitness & Wellness. I have recently graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Bachelor's in Health Sciences and a Minor in Exercise Science! I will be continuing my education and pursuing a Master's of Education in Health & Wellness!
